Refund policy
At Mariorey, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
▹ Be in new condition: unused, unworn, and unwashed
▹ Include all original tags attached
▹ Be returned in its original packaging
▹ Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.
Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Conditions for a Valid Return
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

▹ Items must be returned in their original packaging
▹ All original accessories, tags, and documentation must be included
▹ The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
▹ Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (such as underwear or similar products)
▹ Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
▹ Products clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product pages.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or have been shipped.
However, you may still return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.

4. Ship the Return
Attach the provided label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refunds
▹ Returned items are inspected upon receipt
▹ Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method

We accept exchanges within 30 days for:

▹ A different color
▹ A product of equal value (subject to availability)
Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost.
